Site molto caotico. Ho faticato a trovare i prodotti che mi servivano e la navigazione è poco intuitiva. Prezzi buoni ma migliorerei l'UX.
Ottimo negozio per chi cerca raccordi e tubi di qualità. Ho acquistato diverse volte e non sono mai rimasto deluso. Spedizione veloce e imballaggio curato.
This website overall is a serious letdown. First off, navigation is a nightmare. The layout is all over the place, and it's really hard to find what you're looking for. I was mainly interested in their tech products, but every time I clicked on a category, it seemed like half the links were broken or they led to error pages. Seriously, who manages this site? Secondly, the product descriptions are either too vague or too technical for the average consumer to understand. I mean, not everyone is a tech genius, and it felt like they just copied and pasted specs without explaining what they actually mean. It’s frustrating because you need to spend extra time Googling the terms. Also, the prices listed don't seem competitive at all. Compared to other tech e-commerce sites, this one looks like a bad joke. They hype their "exclusive deals" but honestly, you can find better bargains with a five-minute search on other platforms. Customer service is another massive issue. I tried reaching out to them regarding a trivial question about one of their products, and it took them three days to respond. When they finally got back to me, the answer was so generic that it didn't even address my question. It felt like an automated message, which made me wonder if they even read my query at all. I also wasn’t happy with their shipping information. They give a very general timeline for delivery, and when the product finally arrived, it was delayed by almost a week. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially when you are purchasing high-value electronics. Lastly, the website's overall speed is painfully slow. Pages took forever to load, and sometimes I got so impatient that I just gave up and went to another site. I can't understand how such issues persist in this day and age. Maybe these things were acceptable in the early 2000s, but come on, it's 2024. I genuinely wanted to like this site because they do have a good range of products, but almost every other aspect was disappointing. Fixing these issues would require a complete overhaul, and until then, I can't recommend it to anyone.

Sono rimasto deluso dalla qualità del raccordo oleodinamico in acciaio zincato. Le finiture lasciano a desiderare e uno dei pezzi era difettoso. Non credo che acquisterò di nuovo qui.
