To be honest, my experience on tcguniverse.nl was pretty disappointing. The website looks promising at first, but the actual functionality leaves a lot to be desired. As a big fan of trading card games, I was excited to dive into their collection and find some rare cards. However, the site's navigation is super confusing, and it took me forever to find anything. They seriously need to improve the user interface; it's cluttered and not intuitive at all. Also, the loading times are ridiculously slow, which makes browsing through the available cards a painful process. I was constantly waiting for pages to load, and it felt like I was back using dial-up Internet. Come on, it's 2024! Another major issue is that many cards are out of stock, but they still show up in the search results. It’s super annoying to get excited about a card and then find out it’s not available. They should really update their inventory or at least filter out-of-stock items from the search. The customer service was also pretty unhelpful. I had a question about a particular card’s condition and delivery options, but when I reached out, it took them over a week to respond, and the reply was generic and didn’t address my specific concerns. This kind of service just doesn't cut it. On top of all that, the prices seemed inflated compared to other online stores. I cross-checked a few cards, and they were significantly cheaper elsewhere. Considering the poor overall experience on the site, there was no way I was going to overpay here. I really wanted to like tcguniverse.nl, but the combination of poor navigation, slow loading times, unresponsive customer service, and high prices means I won't be returning anytime soon. If they don’t make some serious improvements, I doubt many serious collectors will stick around.  -3ene.
