I had high hopes for this website, but my recent experience was honestly disappointing. First off, the site's interface feels outdated and cluttered. It’s hard to navigate, and it’s even harder to find the products you're looking for. The search function is practically useless; it often returns irrelevant results, and sometimes it’s like the product doesn’t even exist on the site. Not to mention, the loading times are atrocious. Every click seems to take forever, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to browse through different items. Then there's the product selection. While they claim to have a wide range of options, many of the categories are actually pretty empty or filled with out-of-stock items. It's misleading and quite annoying to click on something, only to find it’s not available. The descriptions of the products are also very basic and lack detailed information, which makes it challenging to make an informed purchase. When it comes to the checkout process, it’s another mess. I encountered multiple errors when trying to add items to my cart, and at one point, it even crashed, causing me to lose everything I had added. Customer service is equally disappointing. I reached out to them for assistance, and it took days to get a response. When they did finally reply, the answer was generic and didn’t address my issue at all. Shipping took much longer than indicated, and the items weren’t packaged well; a few even arrived damaged. Overall, this e-commerce site needs major improvements in almost every aspect. I wouldn't recommend shopping here unless you have immense patience and are willing to deal with a lot of hassles.
J'étais vraiment déçu par la qualité des produits. Les descriptions sur le site sont trompeuses. La livraison a aussi été très lente😕. Je ne recommande pas.
