Yo, I tried out Stellar Paris recently and it didn't really live up to the hype for me. First off, the website's layout is kinda confusing. It's supposed to look modern and chic, but it ends up just being a pain to navigate. The fonts are all over the place and the color scheme is too flashy for my taste. Secondly, the product descriptions are way too vague. I mean, I like to know exactly what I'm buying before I spend my cash, and these guys don't provide enough info. I had to email customer service just to get basic details. Speaking of customer service, it's pretty lousy. They took forever to respond to my queries, and when they did, the responses were generic and didn't really address my concerns. Not to mention, their return policy is super strict. I wanted to return an item because it looked nothing like the pictures, but they made it almost impossible to get a refund. Also, the shipping took way longer than they promised. I get that stuff happens, but at least keep me in the loop if there's going to be a delay. Quality-wise, the products are hit or miss. Some stuff was okay, but a lot of it feels cheaply made, especially considering the prices they charge. Overall, I wouldn't recommend shopping here unless you're willing to deal with a lot of frustrations. There are way better options out there.

Ce site est juste OK. Les prix sont un peu élevés pour la qualité reçue. J'ai acheté un pendentif et il s'est cassé rapidement.
Bon site, livraison rapide ! Les boucles d'oreilles sont belles, mais je trouve qu'elles pourraient être un peu moins chères.
Très décevant, les articles du "Ceremony Collection" ne sont pas aussi bien qu'annoncés. La qualité laisse à désirer et les tailles ne correspondent pas. 😒
