I recently had the misfortune of trying out the products from StarHemp, and I must say it was quite disappointing. Firstly, the navigation of the website was quite difficult and confusing. There was no clear path to find the products I was interested in, and I spent a lot more time than necessary clicking through categories that seemed poorly organized. Secondly, the product descriptions were quite vague. Important details such as the strength and effects of the products weren’t clear, which made it hard for me to make an informed purchase. When I finally placed an order, there was no confirmation email, and I was left wondering if my order had been received. The shipping was also painfully slow, taking over two weeks to arrive, which was frustrating. When the package finally came, it was poorly packaged, and the items inside were not secured, leading to some damage. The quality of the products didn’t match what was advertised at all; they were subpar and didn’t deliver the promised effects. Overall, my experience with StarHemp was pretty lackluster from start to finish. They need to work on website navigation, transparency about their products, better customer communication, faster shipping, and most importantly, improve the quality of the products to match the claims they make. I do not recommend this website and won’t be purchasing from here again.
J'ai été très déçu par StarHemp.fun. Les produits n'ont pas du tout l'effet escompté. En plus, la livraison a été retardée et le service clientèle est à peine réactif.
