This website is a total letdown. First off, the layout is messy and confusing, so navigating through the different sections is a nightmare. I spent way too long just trying to find the products I wanted. On top of that, the search function barely works. I typed in "running shoes" and got everything but running shoes. Seriously, who designed this site? The product descriptions are another major issue. They are either too brief or lack critical details like material composition or sizing charts. When buying sports gear, these details are crucial, and not having them feels unprofessional. Moreover, the images of the products are of low quality, sometimes not even giving a clear view of what you're purchasing. Customer service doesn't fare any better. I tried reaching out via their contact form but didn't receive a reply even after a week. I also attempted to call their support line, but it always goes to voicemail. It's frustrating when you need answers about your order status or product details, and there's no one to help. Speaking of orders, shipping is ridiculously slow. I placed an order for a basketball jersey, and it's been over three weeks with no signs of delivery. To make matters worse, tracking information is unavailable, so I'm left in the dark. The final straw was when I finally got my order, and the quality was subpar. The material felt cheap, and the sizing was way off. Returning the item was another headache; their return policy is convoluted, and I ended up having to pay for the shipping costs myself. Overall, Sportmo.shop is not worth your time or money. There are so many other options out there that offer better user experiences, quicker shipping, and higher quality products. I won't be returning to this site ever again.

Ho comprato una mountain bike da SportMo e sono davvero soddisfatto. La qualità è ottima e la spedizione è stata molto veloce!
Non sono rimasto soddisfatto. Ho acquistato delle ruote e sono arrivate difettose. Il supporto clienti non ha risposto velocemente.
Ho avuto problemi con il mio ordine e il servizio clienti non è stato molto utile. La bicicletta è arrivata danneggiata e ho dovuto rispedirla.

Sinceramente, sono rimasto deluso dagli articoli che ho acquistato da Sportissimo. La consegna è stata molto lenta e il servizio clienti poco disponibile. Speravo in un'esperienza migliore considerata la loro reputazione. Non credo di comprare di nuovo qui. :(
