I recently ordered a few items from Spiritual Babe, hoping to elevate my spiritual journey. Honestly, the whole experience was underwhelming, to say the least. First off, the website navigation is confusing with its cluttered layout and overwhelming amount of options. It was a headache to find anything specific without sifting through dozens of unrelated products. When I finally did place my order, the shipping took forever. They claim quick delivery, but it took nearly three weeks for my items to arrive. I reached out to customer service, and their responses were either generic or they didn't reply at all, which was incredibly frustrating. When the items finally arrived, the quality was disappointing. The crystals and bracelets looked cheap, like something you'd find in a dollar store, not what I expected given the prices listed. One of the bracelets even broke on the first day of wearing it. The descriptions on the website are super vague, and there's very little useful information about the materials or how you're supposed to use them in your spiritual practices. I felt like they were just pushing products without any real value. The packaging was another letdown. Everything was just tossed into a box without any thought or care. For a shop that's supposed to be about mindfulness and spirituality, they didn't put much mindfulness into how they packed their products. I'm all for supporting small businesses, but this just felt like a cash grab. I really wanted to like Spiritual Babe and thought it could become a regular part of my spiritual toolkit, but I won't be ordering from them again. Save your money and look elsewhere for your spiritual needs.
The products were a huge letdown. The crystals looked cheap, and the sage sticks barely had any scent.👎 I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone looking for quality spiritual items.
