J'ai acheté des rideaux phoniques chez Sound Escape pour ma chambre à coucher. La qualité est vraiment incroyable! Le bruit extérieur a diminué de manière significative. Toutefois, ils sont un peu chers mais cela vaut chaque centime.
Tres decu. Les rideaux n'ont pas reduit le bruit comme promis. C'etait une perte d'argent a mon avis.
I was really looking forward to using Sound Escape, given all the hype around it. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. First of all, the layout of the website is confusing. The navigation is not user-friendly, and it took me a while to find the genres of music I wanted to listen to. Secondly, the selection of songs and artists is quite limited. I expected a wider range of options, considering this service is supposed to specialize in various ambiances. Another issue I faced is the streaming quality. Despite having a stable internet connection, the music frequently buffers and sometimes even stops playing altogether, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to relax or focus. Additionally, there’s a lack of customization features. Other similar services allow you to create personalized playlists or recommend tracks based on your listening habits, but Sound Escape offers none of these. Moreover, the ads are excessive and invasive. I understand that the free version comes with ads, but the frequency and length of these interruptions make it almost impossible to enjoy the music. The premium subscription is also overpriced for what little you get in return. Customer service is another weak point. I had an issue with my account and reached out multiple times, only to receive canned responses and no real help. It seems like they don’t care about their users once they’ve got your money. To sum up, Sound Escape has been a disappointing experience. There are better, more reliable services out there that offer a richer and more user-friendly experience. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere if you’re in need of some quality soundscapes.
Je suis complètement satisfait de mon achat. Les rideaux sont beaux et fonctionnent très bien pour atténuer le bruit. La livraison a été rapide et le service client exceptionnel.
Les rideaux ne bloquent pas autant de bruit que je l'espérais. On regarde la TV avec le volume plus bas quand même. Sommes un peu déçus. 😕
Les rideaux Sound Escape ont vraiment amélioré le confort de notre salon. On peut enfin regarder des films en paix. Les couleurs sont super jolies aussi.
Je suis très déçu par les rideaux phoniques. 🫤 L'annonce promettait une réduction du son incroyable, mais même après les avoir installés, je continue à entendre tout le bruit environnant. C'est vraiment un gaspillage d'argent pour ce que ça coûte. En plus, la livraison a pris bien plus de temps que prévu.
