Also, honestly, I can't think of a worse online shopping experience than the one I had on Sondal.de. Seriously, everything from the confusing user interface to the terrible customer service was just a nightmare. First off, the website design is so outdated I felt like I traveled back in time to the early 2000s. The layout is messy and it's hard to find what you're looking for. They have this weird drop-down menu that doesn't make any sense and half the categories listed don't even populate properly when you click on them. I was looking for a specific type of kitchen appliance, but the search function is a joke. It keeps giving you irrelevant results, probably because their filters are all messed up. When I finally found what I was looking for, the product descriptions were so barebones that it was hard to tell if it was what I actually needed. Now let’s talk about the pricing—oh wait, 'cause nothing has a consistent price listing. Some items were without prices, and many with varying amounts for seemingly the same product! I finally made a purchase but the troubles didn’t end there. The shipping took forever—I’m talking weeks upon weeks, no tracking. And on top of that, the product was damaged when it eventually arrived. I tried contacting customer service, which was another disaster. Their response time is terribly slow, and when they do finally get back to you, they dodge helping you by offering no real solutions. The representative I talked to seemed uninterested and unhelpful, basically telling me that returns are not straightforward and I would have to bear the shipping cost. It’s a disgrace to call that customer service. Also, the payment process was glitchy; it took numerous attempts to actually complete my transaction. I’ve honestly never been so frustrated with an online store. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. What a waste of time and money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Rigth now, I just regret even thinking about placing my order here, it's a complete mess, from start to finish. In conclusion, this website is just a waste of time and money. Be smart and go shop somewhere else unless you enjoy headaches and are happy to waste your hard-earned cash.
