Really disappointed with SmartBuyGlasses.ca. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and it took forever to arrive. The website says 5-10 business days, but mine took over three weeks. That's just unacceptable. When I finally received them, the prescription was off. I had to strain my eyes just to read small text. Contacting customer service was a headache, they took days to reply and weren't very helpful. They just kept asking me to submit more photos and information instead of resolving the issue quickly. Also, the frames felt cheap despite being branded. I thought I was getting a good deal, but it was definitely not worth the price I paid. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Better go to a local optician or a more reputable online retailer. Not to mention, their return policy is quite complicated and not at all customer-friendly. There's a lot of back-and-forth emails and they don't cover the return shipping costs, which adds to the frustration. I've had better experiences with other online retailers who are more straightforward and efficient. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your eyewear needs.
I had a really frustrating experience with SmartBuyGlasses. The frames I received were nothing like what was shown in the virtual try-on, and the quality felt really cheap. The customer service was not helpful, and returning the glasses was a nightmare. I expected much better for the price.
