I recently tried Skycoach.gg's services, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. I mean, I read some good reviews, so I took the plunge, but my experience just wasn't great. First off, the customer support was slow. I had to wait almost a whole day to get a response to a simple question. It's 2024, guys, we expect quicker replies, especially when we're paying for a service. Then there's the issue of the service quality itself. I ordered a boosting service for a game I play a lot, and the booster made some really questionable decisions. It was almost like they didn't know what they were doing half the time. This hurt my account's stats, and I ended up having to correct their mistakes myself afterward. Not cool. The pricing is also something I found pretty outrageous. For the level of service I got, the cost was way too high. I don't mind paying for quality, but this wasn't it. The website itself is also a bit clunky. Navigation is not intuitive, and finding specific services can be a hassle. It's like they haven't updated their interface in years. And let's not forget about the checkout process which was unnecessarily lengthy and complicated. Security is another concern I had. Sharing account details is always risky, and their security protocols didn't make me feel particularly safe. For a service that requires this level of trust, they really need to up their game on making customers feel secure. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for reliable boosting or coaching services. There are just too many alternatives out there that do a much better job for the same or even lower prices. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Skycoach.gg has a lot of potential, but they need to work on their customer service, improve their quality, and make their website more user-friendly to be worth anyone's time or money right now.
Franchement déçu par le service. Le site promet monts et merveilles, mais au final, les résultats ne sont pas à la hauteur des attentes. Le boost pour WoW que j'ai commandé n'a pas été aussi rapide qu'annoncé et le service client laisse à désirer. Je pensais trouver des experts, mais la prestation était moyenne. 😕
