Ich habe bei Shoppalo einen Pullover bestellt und er kam pünktlich an. Die Qualität war jedoch enttäuschend, der Stoff fühlte sich billig an. :( Ich denke nicht, dass ich hier nochmal kaufen werde.
J'avais de grandes attentes pour ce site, mais malheureusement, ils n'ont pas été à la hauteur. Les articles semblaient différents des photos en ligne et le service client n'était pas très réactif. Je suis déçu.
Franchement déçu par Shoppalo. J'ai commandé un produit et il est arrivé en retard avec des défauts. Le service client est lent et pas très aidant. Je ne recommanderai certainement pas ce site à mes amis ou famille.
I recently visited shoppalo.eu and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. I was initially drawn to this website because of its modern design and seemingly extensive range of products. However, it didn't take long for my enthusiasm to fade. The navigation on the site is quite cumbersome. The categories are not well-organized, and many times I found myself clicking through multiple links to find the type of product I was looking for. This was especially frustrating because the search function seems to be almost useless – it often returned irrelevant results, even when I used clear and specific keywords. Another major issue is the product descriptions, which are either too brief or not detailed enough to make an informed purchase decision. Many descriptions lack basic information such as dimensions, materials, or usage instructions. This is not helpful, especially for online shoppers who rely on these details to evaluate a product. In terms of customer service, my experience was also disappointing. I contacted them regarding a query about a product, but it took over a week to receive a response, and when I did, the answer was vague and unhelpful. It felt like they were more interested in quickly closing the ticket rather than actually assisting me. Furthermore, the prices of the products are not competitive. I found many items to be significantly more expensive than similar products on other websites. Considering the lack of detailed descriptions and poor customer service, it hardly seems worth paying a premium. Lastly, the checkout process was tedious. There were several glitches, and my payment wouldn't go through the first few times I tried. I ended up abandoning my cart out of sheer frustration. Overall, I would not recommend shoppalo.eu. There are many areas that need significant improvement, from website usability and product information to customer service and pricing. I hope they can address these issues soon, but as it stands right now, there are better alternatives out there.
