Honestly, I am really disappointed with MyCarpet.ch. I recently ordered a rug from this website hoping to add a touch of elegance to my living room, but I received a completely different product from what was shown in the pictures. The colors were faded and didn’t match what was advertised. When it arrived, there was also a noticeable chemical smell which was very unpleasant. I tried contacting customer service multiple times but received no response. Their communication is really poor. Moreover, the delivery took much longer than expected. I understand that sometimes there can be delays, but it was way beyond the expected delivery period. The quality of the carpet doesn’t justify the high price at all. The fabric feels cheap and it already started showing signs of wear and tear within a few weeks. There were also threads coming out from the edges which makes it look really bad. The whole experience has been very frustrating and I regret making a purchase from this site. The return policy is also very inconvenient and I am not even sure I will get a full refund considering how bad their customer service is. Overall, it was a huge waste of money. I would recommend others to seek better options. This experience definitely did not meet my expectations and has made me hesitant to make online purchases in the future. I hope they make improvements in their products and services, but I won’t be buying from here again.
