I had a really frustrating experience with Shakepay. First off, the platform is confusing and hard to navigate. The interface seems dated, and the information isn't clearly presented. It took me forever to understand how to buy and sell bitcoin, and I felt like the tutorials were lacking in clear instructions. On top of that, the verification process was a nightmare. I had to submit my documents multiple times because they kept getting rejected for unclear reasons. The customer service was also unhelpful; they took days to respond to my emails, and even then, their answers were vague and didn't solve my problems. The transaction fees are a bit high compared to other platforms, which was another downside. I also had issues with the mobile app, which frequently crashed or lagged, making it inconvenient and irritating to use. At one point, my balance showed an incorrect amount, which gave me a minor heart attack until it was resolved hours later. For a platform that handles money, reliability is key, and Shakepay just didn't cut it for me. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable cryptocurrency experience. There are better options out there. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Shakepay has been a mixed bag for me. The app is often glitchy, and I've had issues with transactions taking longer than expected. Customer support is not very responsive either. I was really hoping for a better experience. 😔
