I recently ordered a couple of products from Sessile, and I gotta say, the experience was far from satisfying. First off, the website was pretty slow to load, which already left a bad first impression. Navigating through the product pages felt like a chore because the layout is unintuitive and cluttered. It was hard to find what I was looking for, and even when I did, the product descriptions were minimal and not very helpful. Secondly, the checkout process was a nightmare. It took several attempts to even get my order placed because the site kept glitching and wouldn't process my payment. After finally managing to place my order, the estimated delivery time was misleading. It took over two weeks for my products to arrive, despite a promise of 5-7 business days. When I contacted customer service about the delay, their response was slow and not informative at all. I didn't appreciate the lack of transparency or the generic responses I received. Now let's talk about the actual products. I ordered a set of eco-friendly kitchen storage containers and a couple of reusable bags. The containers were flimsy and one of them arrived cracked. The reusable bags were smaller than anticipated and felt cheaply made. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. I really wanted to support a brand with a focus on sustainability, but Sessile didn’t live up to the hype. To top it all off, returns are a hassle. Their return policy is not customer-friendly, and you have to cover the shipping costs yourself, which is quite annoying. Overall, I can't recommend this site to anyone looking for reliable eco-friendly products. They need to improve their website functionality, customer service response, and most importantly, their product quality. I won’t be shopping here again, that’s for sure.
Les baskets sont belles mais après deux mois d'utilisation, elles commencent déjà à montrer des signes d'usure. Je suis un peu déçu vu le prix.
Heu, c trooo là! J'ai reçu mes baskets et elles ont une tache. En plus elles sont pas aussi confortables que je pensais. 😡
Les baskets Sessile ne valent pas le prix élevé. J'ai acheté une paire et après quelques semaines, elles ont commencé à se déchirer. De plus, le service client est lent à répondre. Bien que le concept soit intéressant, la qualité doit être améliorée.
J'apprécie vraiment l'initiative d'utiliser des matériaux recyclés et d'offrir un service de réparation. Cependant, je trouve les designs un peu trop basiques pour le prix.
