I've tried a few CBD products before, and I was excited to try the ones from SerenityCBD. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First of all, the website was quite difficult to navigate. It looks nice at first glance, but when you start looking for specific information or trying to place an order, it becomes frustrating. The product descriptions were vague and didn't give enough details about the ingredients or the recommended dosage. I ordered the CBD oil and the gummies, and both took much longer to arrive than promised. When they finally did, I was disappointed with the quality. The CBD oil had a strange taste and didn't seem to have any effect, even after using it for over a week. The gummies were hard and not particularly flavorful. I've tried other brands that were much better in terms of both taste and effectiveness. Another issue I had was with customer service. I reached out to ask about my order status and got a very generic response that didn't really answer my question. When I asked for more details, I didn't get a reply at all. For the price I'm paying, I expect better product quality and a more responsive customer service team. Overall, I was not impressed and would not recommend SerenityCBD to others. There are many other better options out there for CBD products. If they could improve on these aspects, I might consider giving them another try, but for now, it's a definite no from me.

Bought the premium full spectrum CBD but didn't feel much difference. Not worth the high price they charge. Customer service took too long to respond. ðŸ˜
