I was really looking forward to using Scanner.io based on the feedback I had heard from friends, but my experience was rather disappointing. First off, the user interface is quite clunky and not very intuitive. It took me a considerable amount of time just to figure out how to navigate through the different options and settings. Additionally, the scanning quality was below par for a service that is supposed to be cutting edge. The scans came out blurry more often than not, requiring me to redo the process multiple times to get an acceptable result. Another major issue I encountered was the customer support. I had some queries regarding specific features, and the responses I received were slow and unhelpful. It's almost like they don't value their customers' time. Everything felt like more of a hassle than it should have been. Finally, the pricing is something I really have to point out. For what you get, the service is way overpriced. There are free alternatives out there that offer similar, if not better, functionality without the stress and extra costs involved here. I genuinely hope that the team behind Scanner.io takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements because, as it stands now, I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and efficient scanning solutions. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Scanner.io is a fantastic tool for organizing and managing documents. It easily converts paper documents into digital formats. Highly recommended!
The Scanner.io app often crashes and the interface is very outdated. I had to restart my phone several times to get it to work. Not impressed 😞.
