I was really looking forward to purchasing something unique and cool from Sacred Valley store, but honestly, it didn't live up to my expectations at all. The first issue I encountered was with the website's navigation. It is quite cluttered and not user-friendly. I had a hard time finding the specific categories and products I was interested in because the menu options are not intuitive. Secondly, the images of the products do not provide a clear representation. Many times, the images seem blurry or taken from awkward angles which makes it really difficult to get a good idea of what you are actually purchasing. This can be a big deal for customers who rely on visual details before making a buying decision. Moreover, I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I reached out with a query regarding a product description, and the response was delayed by several days. Even when they did respond, the answer was vague and didn’t address my question properly. This kind of service doesn't instill confidence in the potential purchase. Another major letdown was the shipping and handling. The delivery took much longer than what was stated on the website. According to their shipping policy, it should have taken about 5-7 business days, but it actually arrived after 12 business days. This was very inconvenient as it was a gift that arrived way too late. Also, the packaging was subpar. When I finally received my package, it was badly damaged, and thankfully the product was not seriously harmed, but this can’t be said for others. I also noticed that some products are quite overpriced compared to what you can find on other similar websites. The value for money isn't great, and I feel like I have overpaid for what I received. Overall, Sacred Valley store has a lot of room for improvement. From better website navigation and clear product images to better customer service and more reliable shipping. It’s a shame because the concept is great, but the execution is way off.
Bought a sweater from Sacred Valley Store, but it looked nothing like the picture. The quality was very poor, and the fabric was itchy. Not worth the price at all.
