Tried ordering from Rock Terrace and quite honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The website layout was confusing and it took me ages to find the products I was looking for. When I finally placed my order, I was promised a delivery within 5-7 working days. However, it took almost three weeks for my package to arrive, and there was no way to track the order properly. The tracking number provided didn't work, and customer service was no help at all; they were slow to respond and not particularly helpful when they finally did. As for the products, I ordered a couple of vinyl records and some merch. The records came in damaged sleeves, one of them was even warped and skipped when I played it. The merch was of poor quality, the print on the t-shirt started to peel off after just one wash which was quite frustrating considering the premium prices. Overall, the quality of the products didn’t justify the high prices and the hassle I went through. I've had better experiences ordering music and related goods from other online stores. Rock Terrace needs to seriously up their game in terms of customer care, shipping efficiency, and product quality if they want to keep customers happy. I wouldn't recommend this site, there are much better alternatives out there that provide better service and quality for the same or even lower prices.
I ordered some climbing gear from Rock Terrace, but I'm really disappointed 😔. The delivery took forever, and the quality wasn't what I expected. Won't be ordering again.
