Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience on ringy.shop. First of all, the website layout is super confusing and not at all user-friendly. I spent way too much time just trying to find the items I wanted to buy. The categories are all over the place and the search function is basically useless. I tried searching for "ring light" and got a bunch of irrelevant results like phone cases and chargers. Also, the product descriptions are vague and lack important details. For instance, I wanted to know the dimensions of a specific ring light, but there was no information provided. When I finally decided on a product and went to check out, the shipping costs were ridiculous. I live in Spain, but the shipping fee was almost as much as the product itself! Plus, there was no option for free shipping even if you spend a lot of money, which is a bummer. Another thing that really annoyed me was the lack of customer service. I had a question about my order and tried to contact them through the website, but I never got a reply. There’s no phone number listed, so I was left with sending emails into the void. It feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. When my order finally arrived, it was poorly packaged. The box was damaged, and the product inside wasn't secured properly. Lucky for me, it wasn't broken, but it could easily have been. Given all these issues, I can't in good conscience recommend ringy.shop to anyone. You're better off shopping somewhere else with better customer service, reasonable shipping costs, and a user-friendly website.
Very disappointed with this shop. The products are overpriced given their quality. The customer service was very unhelpful - they took forever to respond to my inquiries. Will not be shopping here again.
