The website rick.srl is a bit of a mess, to be honest. Navigation is super confusing, and it seems like it was designed without considering the user's ease of use. There's no clear structure or flow, and finding what you need takes way longer than it should. I wanted to find some specific information about their products, and it took me ages to locate the right section. The design is also pretty outdated. It looks like something from the early 2000s, and in this day and age, that's just not acceptable anymore. The colors are mismatched, and the text is sometimes hard to read because of poor contrast choices. Moreover, the website is incredibly slow to load. I have a decent internet connection, but pages take forever to open. This is super frustrating, especially when you're in a hurry. They seriously need to invest in better servers or optimize their site better. Content-wise, I found many of the descriptions lacking in detail. It felt like they were trying to skimp on providing proper information, which makes it hard to make informed decisions. Plus, there are a few spelling mistakes here and there, which doesn't give a great impression of professionalism. Customer support information is also not easily accessible. I had some questions and needed support, but it took me a while to find out how to contact them. Even then, the response time was slow, and the replies were not very helpful. Overall, this website needs a major overhaul, both in terms of design and functionality. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they improve these aspects considerably.
