This website was a complete letdown. I was looking for spare parts for my gate and stumbled upon ricambicancelli.it, expecting a straightforward shopping experience. Unfortunately, the site failed to deliver on multiple fronts. Firstly, the website's layout is confusing and cluttered, making it difficult to navigate. Important categories are buried under layers of submenus, and the search function is practically useless, often returning irrelevant results. Secondly, the product descriptions are very basic and lack essential details. I struggled to find the exact specifications and dimensions I needed, which made me hesitant to purchase anything without 100% certainty that it would fit my gate. To make matters worse, the customer service is atrocious. I tried to contact them via email and received no response. The phone line is perpetually busy, and when I finally got through, the person I spoke with was unhelpful and seemed annoyed by my questions. Shipping times are abysmal.
