Also, I have to say, I am super disappointed with ribelli.de. Firstly, the selection of clothing is very limited. I expected to find more variety, but the offerings are quite bland and repetitive. I was hoping for more stylish and trendy options, but it seems they stick to a very narrow range of styles. Moreover, the website's user interface is not user-friendly at all. It took me a while to navigate through the site, and everything seemed cluttered. The product filters are inadequate and don't help in narrowing down options effectively. For instance, when I was trying to find a specific size, the filter just didn’t work properly, showing items that were out of stock in my size. Another issue is the quality of the items. I ordered a few pieces, and honestly, they do not reflect the price I paid. The material felt cheap, and the stitching was subpar. One dress I purchased already started to come apart after just one wash. Given the high prices, I expected something more durable and well-made. Shipping was another hassle. It took almost two weeks for my order to arrive, which is far too long compared to other online stores I’ve used. To make matters worse, the customer service was unresponsive. I sent a couple of emails regarding my order status and returns, but they took days to reply and didn’t provide helpful solutions. Overall, my experience with ribelli.de has been below average and I can't see myself shopping here again. The website needs a serious overhaul, both in terms of product variety and quality as well as usability and customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant online shopping experience.
Die Qualität der Produkte war schlecht und der Versand dauerte viel zu lange. Auch der Kundenservice hat auf meine Anfrage nur langsam reagiert. Sehr enttäuscht!
