I was extremely disappointed with the service on recaptcha.co.uk. I've heard a lot about their security measures and decided to give it a try for my website, hoping it would offer a seamless experience for users while blocking out bots effectively. Unfortunately, it was anything but smooth. The integration process is overly complicated and not beginner-friendly at all. Despite following all the instructions to a T, I kept running into glitches and errors that were not covered in their support documentation. Speaking of support, it’s practically non-existent. When I reached out for help, it felt like I was talking to a robot – canned responses that didn’t address my specific issues. The turnaround time for any query is ridiculously long; I sometimes waited over a week just to get a one-line response that still didn't solve my problem. The CAPTCHA itself is also not very user-friendly. I received numerous complaints from users who struggled to solve the puzzles, finding them too complex or too small to see clearly on mobile devices. This led to a significant drop in traffic and several users abandoning their carts on my e-commerce site. Additionally, the impact on my website's performance was noticeable. Page load times increased, which is unacceptable in today's fast-paced online environment. There are other CAPTCHA services out there that offer much better usability and support. I regret wasting my time with this one. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you need reliable and easy-to-implement CAPTCHA solutions. Stressful and frustrating experience all around. Honestly, I expected better from a service with such a high reputation. Save yourself the headache and get a service that won't make your users jump through unnecessary hoops.
This site is very difficult to navigate. The layout is confusing and the CAPTCHA seems to glitch constantly. I spent more time trying to get through the verification than actually using the service.
