This website is really not up to par. Raw Powders offers a variety of products, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the navigation is confusing and not user-friendly at all. It took me ages to find the product I was actually interested in because the categories aren't clearly defined. When I finally did manage to locate it, the product descriptions were lacking vital information. Any prospective buyer would need to do additional research to understand what they are actually purchasing, which is not convenient at all. Furthermore, the customer service is atrocious. I reached out with a simple question about shipping times and never received an answer. It's one thing to have a slow response time, but no response at all is completely unacceptable, especially when it concerns someone's health-related purchases. The shipping itself was another nightmare. The package took over two weeks to arrive and when it did, it was poorly packaged. It seemed like they made no effort to ensure the products wouldn't be damaged during transit. Speaking of the products, I was not impressed. The quality didn't match the high claims made on the website. After using the product for a while, I haven't noticed any of the purported benefits and I am beginning to wonder if the product was even legitimate. Lastly, the website claims to have a "satisfaction guarantee," but when I tried to return the product, I was met with all kinds of hurdles. It's almost as if they make it deliberately difficult to process returns. All in all, this was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend Raw Powders to anyone looking for reliable and effective supplements. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Very disappointed with the Raw Powders products. The supplements did not work for me and caused stomach issues. Would not recommend to anyone.
