The range on these bikes is amazing. Got an additional battery and it's been game-changing for my long rides. Highly recommend!

The customer service here is top-notch! I had a small issue with one of my bike's accessories, and they resolved it quickly. It’s unfortunate to hear that they are closing operations in Europe. I love my Rad Power bike and will continue to use it. 😊
I recently bought a Rad Power Bike from their website, and I have to say my experience has been pretty disappointing. First off, the delivery took much longer than promised. I understand there can be delays, but the lack of communication from the company was frustrating. When I finally received the bike, it had scratches on the frame and looked used. For a brand-new, high-priced product, this was unacceptable. The assembly instructions provided were unclear, and it took me hours to get the bike ready to ride. I'm not a bike mechanic, so I was hoping for something straightforward, but that wasn't the case at all. The ride itself was decent, but not as smooth as I had hoped. I had to constantly adjust the settings, and even then, the performance didn't match the hype. Also, their customer service is terrible. I tried reaching out to get help with the issues I faced, but it took days to get a response. When they finally did reply, the support was inadequate and unhelpful. I would consider the after-sales service to be non-existent. The battery life is another letdown. They claim it can last for miles, but in reality, it doesn't even come close. I've had to charge it more frequently than I'd expected, which is really inconvenient. Also, considering the high price point, the quality of the bike doesn't justify the cost. I've ridden cheaper e-bikes that perform better and have better customer support. All in all, I regret my purchase and wouldn't recommend Rad Power Bikes to anyone. There are better options out there that offer more value for your money. If you're thinking about buying from them, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment.
Les vélos ont l'air géniaux, mais le service client est une catastrophe. J'ai essayé de les contacter plusieurs fois sans réponse satisfaisante. Les délais de livraison sont trop longs et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande après trois semaines. Très déçu.
