I had high hopes for Puppy Love Shop but honestly, it was a letdown. The website is pretty basic, and the design looks outdated. I was expecting a more modern and user-friendly interface, especially since it's 2024. Navigating through the site is a hassle and it’s not intuitive at all. The product descriptions are really short and don't give much detail about what you're actually buying. I ended up having to contact customer service just to get more information about a collar I was interested in, and even then, their response was slow and not very helpful. Speaking of customer service, the staff seemed uninterested and unenthusiastic about helping me, which didn’t leave a good impression. The shipping time was also a disaster. It took almost three weeks for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, the packaging was damaged. Thankfully, the products inside weren’t affected, but it shows a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the items I purchased. The collar and leash felt flimsy, and I don’t think they will last very long. For the price I paid, I was expecting something much more durable. I also wasn't happy with the lack of variety on the site. They don’t seem to update their stock very often, so the selection is pretty limited. All in all, my experience with Puppy Love Shop was far from great. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless they make significant improvements to their site and services. There are plenty of other pet stores out there that offer better customer service, faster shipping, and higher quality products. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!
Le coussin apaisant pour chat est une déception. Mon chat préfère encore son vieux lit. Aucun changement visible en termes de stress.
La niche pour chiens est parfaite pour mes deux petits chiens fatigués. Ils adorent s'y réfugier et je vois réellement une différence dans leur comportement.
J'ai acheté un lit pour mon chien, mais il ne semble pas l'aimer. Peut-être que c'est lui ou le lit, mais ce n'est pas un succès ici. Pas content du tout.
J'ai acheté un coussin pour mon chat et malheureusement, il ne l'aime pas du tout. Le matériau semble de faible qualité et il n’est pas aussi doux que promis. 😕 Je ne suis pas satisfaite et je trouve les délais de livraison trop longs.
Les coussins sont incroyables! Mon chat adore le confort moelleux et relaxant qu'ils offrent. Depuis que nous les avons, il dort tellement mieux et a l'air moins stressé.
🙀 Trop cher pour ce que c'est! Les matériaux ne sont pas exceptionnels. Mon chien n'aime pas vraiment le coussin, dommage.
