Service incroyablement lent et insatisfaisant. Les colis arrivent souvent en retard ou sont endommagés. Il est difficile de contacter le service client, très décevant pour une entreprise de ce calibre.

Sigh... I don't even kno where to start. I had high hopes for PostNL Belgium but honestly it's been a nightmare. First time I used this service, they lost my package. Like completely gone. Tried to contact customer service and it was a disaster - no help at all. You'd think okay, mistaken once, but TWICE? Second time, the package was delayed for almost a week and no explanations whatsoever. The tracking system is a joke, half the time it doesn't even update. Waste of time refreshing that page, believe me. And when I finally got the package, it was damaged! Seriously? Even the delivery guy seemed like he was having the worst day of his life, not exactly the friendliest face you want to see. And let's not talk about the price! For this kind of terrible service, it's way too expensive. So, basically, lost packages, lousy tracking, unhelpful customer service, and high prices. Total mess. Can't recommend it at all. Stay away if you don't want to lose your patience and your parcel. Imagine all this happened twice, and I'm not even gonna bother a third time.
