Wow, I don't even know where to start. PoetryFashion has been such a letdown for me in so many ways. I was hoping for a great shopping experience, but what I got was a mess. First off, the website layout is confusing and hard to navigate. It's like they don't want you to find anything. I spent more time searching for products than actually shopping. Then, when I finally found what I was looking for, the product descriptions were so vague. There’s hardly any useful information. No details about the fabric, washing instructions, or even how the sizes fit. I took a gamble and ordered a medium, but what I received could barely fit a child. Talk about inconsistent sizing! When it comes to the shipping, it's even worse. They quote you a certain delivery time and then triple it. I waited over three weeks for one item, and when it arrived, the packaging was so flimsy that it was already damaged. Also, good luck trying to get in touch with customer service. I emailed them several times and never got a response. It’s like they don't even care once you’ve given them your money. The quality of the clothes? Don’t even get me started. The material is cheap, and everything I ordered seems like it's going to fall apart after a couple of washes. For the prices they charge, you'd expect something a bit more durable. Honestly, save your money and shop somewhere else. There are plenty of better options out there that won't leave you feeling disappointed. This has been such a frustrating experience overall, and I'm not planning to shop here again. PoetryFashion needs to seriously up their game if they want to keep customers coming back.
Terrible experience! The quality of the clothes was really disappointing, and the customer service was awful. I ordered a dress, and it arrived late and was nothing like the picture. Won't be shopping here again.
