Oh man, Pfeil Fensterbau was such a disappointment. Ordered some windows for our house renovation and it was a major letdown. First off, the website navigation is super confusing. You'd think a company specializing in windows would have a clear and user-friendly interface, but no, it's a mess. After finally placing the order, I was promised a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. Guess what? It took 6 weeks for the windows to arrive! When they finally did, two of them were damaged. Contacting customer service was another nightmare. The representatives were either unavailable or unhelpful, and it took several days just to get a simple response. The windows themselves? Well, they’re average at best. For the price I paid, I expected much higher quality. The installation instructions were poorly written and seemed to be missing key steps, making the process unnecessarily difficult. I had to hire a professional to get them properly installed, which added to the costs. To top it all off, I've had these windows installed for about a month now and already noticing some issues with insulation. It's almost like having the old windows back; definitely not energy-efficient as advertised. Overall, a very frustrating experience and wouldn't recommend Pfeil Fensterbau to anyone looking for a hassle-free window purchase. There are plenty of other companies that likely offer better quality and service.
