I was really excited to try out Pantee because of all the positive things I’d heard about their sustainable clothing, but sadly my experience was far from great. First of all, the website design was pretty confusing, and it took me a while to navigate through the different sections. The product descriptions were vague and didn't offer much information about the materials used. When I finally decided to purchase a few items, the checkout process was frustrating. The payment gateway was glitching and it took multiple attempts for my order to go through. Shipping was another major issue; it took nearly three weeks for my order to arrive, which is unacceptable when you consider the high shipping fees they charge. The quality of the clothing was another huge letdown. The fabric felt really cheap and uncomfortable against my skin, completely opposite of what was advertised. After just one wash, the colors started fading and there was noticeable shrinkage. I reached out to their customer service team to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund or exchange. However, the response was slow and unhelpful. They kept passing me from one representative to another without addressing my concerns. Eventually, I gave up because it was becoming too much of a hassle. Overall, I feel really disappointed with my purchase from Pantee. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to support a sustainable brand. I won’t be shopping here again and I certainly can’t recommend it to others.
Quite disappointed with Pantee. The quality of the materials was really poor, and the fit was uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price. Delivery was also delayed.
