I recently had the displeasure of using Paalm's services, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed. Despite the sleek and user-friendly interface of their website, the actual service delivered was far below expectations. I had signed up after reading some positive reviews and expected a hassle-free experience, but what I got was completely the opposite. The customer support is nearly non-existent. I tried to get in touch multiple times through their contact forms and direct emails, but all I received were automated responses without any follow-up from a real person. When someone finally did get back to me, it was clear they were either overwhelmed or simply didn't care. My issue remained unresolved for weeks. Moreover, the product quality was not at all as advertised. The package arrived looking hastily thrown together, and several components were missing. When I attempted to get these missing items sent to me, I was again met with silence or automated responses. The frustration continued to mount, and by the time I managed to speak with someone, they promised to resolve it but never did. To add insult to injury, the pricing for what I received was absolutely not justified. There are so many better options out there that offer similar services at competitive prices but with much better customer support. Overall, my experience with Paalm has been nothing but a series of disappointments. I wasn't expecting perfection, but I did expect at least a basic level of service competence. Sadly, Paalm failed on all fronts. I highly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and invest your money in a company that values its customers and delivers on its promises.
La mousse autobronzante ne m'a pas convaincu, l'odeur est agréable mais le bronzage ne tient pas plus de deux jours sur ma peau. De plus, le prix est trop élevé pour la qualité proposée. Désolée, mais je ne recommande pas.
J'ai adoré les produits de Paalm Cosmetics ! Leurs crèmes hydratantes sont incroyables et la livraison est toujours super rapide. Je recommande fortement ce site pour tous vos besoins en cosmétiques.
Livraison offerte dès 60€ d'achat, c'est top ! Mais j'ai trouvé les prix un peu élevés pour la qualité des produits.
Les descriptions des produits sont claires mais le site est trop chargé visuellement. Pas facile de naviguer, ça gâche un peu l'expérience d'achat.
Super contente de ma commande, service client réactif et aimable ! Et les produits sont vraiment de bonne qualité, à recommander sans hésitation 👍
Pas du tout contente. Les crèmes causent des allergies sur ma peau sensible. De plus, je trouve le service client peu réactif.
