I tried using the Oyster card website for my recent trip to London, and I've got to say, it was less than impressive. First off, the user interface is incredibly outdated and not intuitive at all. It took me forever to find the section where I could check my balance and top up my card. When I finally managed to top up, the website was super slow, almost like it was from the early 2000s. The lag and delay were frustrating, especially if you're in a rush. Another major issue is the lack of proper customer support. I encountered an error while trying to process a payment, and when I attempted to contact support, it felt like I was hitting a brick wall. The automated responses were not helpful at all and there was no clear way to get in touch with an actual human being. The FAQ section is also lacking in detailed explanations, leaving you guessing on what to do next. Additionally, there were several spelling mistakes and broken links throughout the site, which really undermined its credibility. You don't expect such poor quality for a service that millions depend on daily. It's clear that there hasn't been much investment into making this a user-friendly experience. To make matters worse, my top-up didn't even show up in my Oyster card balance for several hours, which is unacceptable. If you're a tourist, you'll find it pretty confusing and stressful, especially if you're trying to navigate the public transport system in a hurry. Overall, I would give this website a 1-star rating because it fails in providing a smooth and efficient user experience. TFL really needs to step up their game if they want people to consider using their services reliably.

I'm really disappointed with the Oyster card service. The site is confusing and not user-friendly at all. I had a hard time trying to top up my card, and the instructions weren't clear. Plus, the customer service was unhelpful and took too long to respond. Not a great experience.

The Oyster system is too complex for tourists. I found it hard to figure out all the different fares and zones. Needs simplification.

The website is straightforward but I wish they had more features to check travel history for more than just 7 days.

I used the TfL Oyster card for my trip to London and found it super convenient. Travelled across buses and underground without any hassle. Highly recommended!

Not very user-friendly. Had difficulty in understanding how to top-up online. More detailed instructions are needed on the website.
