If they can improve their shipping times and customer support, they'd easily earn a higher rating.

Ordered the MaxiCOM MK906 Pro-TS. The zariemvasite is ok and easy enuff to surf. But the delivery took longer than expected, which was a bummer. Overall, decent tools but could improve shipping times.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone looking for reliable automotive diagnostic tools. I ordered an OBD scanner from obdprice.co.uk, and the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish. First off, the website UI is clunky and difficult to navigate. It took me an eternity to find the right product, and even then, the descriptions were vague and not very helpful. When I finally placed my order, the delivery took much longer than the estimated time given on the website. I was expecting the scanner within a week, but it took more than two weeks to arrive. When the package did arrive, the product was poorly packaged, and the box was slightly damaged. It immediately gave me the impression that they don't care about their customers receiving products in good condition. As for the product itself, it was a disaster. The OBD scanner didn't work as advertised. I followed all the instructions, but it failed to establish a proper connection with my car's ECU. The software interface was outdated and kept crashing every time I tried to perform a diagnostic check. Customer support was another nightmare. I tried reaching out to their support team via email and phone, but it was impossible to get a timely and helpful response. The phone line was always busy, and my emails were either ignored or responded to with copy-paste replies that didn't address my concerns. After multiple attempts, I finally got a hold of someone who barely understood my issue and offered no real solution. In the end, I returned the product, but the refund process was slow and cumbersome. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
