I recently had the displeasure of shopping at Oakywood.shop, and to be frank, my experience was quite underwhelming. I was drawn to the site by its sleek design and the promise of high-quality wooden tech accessories. However, the reality was far from the polished image they project. Firstly, the website itself is quite confusing to navigate. The layout may look aesthetically pleasing, but it's not user-friendly at all. Finding specific products took more time than it should have, and the search function didn't yield relevant results half the time. On top of that, the website was sometimes slow, which only added to my frustration. When I finally placed an order, I was met with another series of disappointments. The delivery was much slower than advertised, taking more than two weeks to arrive. There was zero communication during this period, and I had to reach out to customer service multiple times, which is another sore point. The customer service team took ages to respond, and the answers I got were vague and unhelpful. It felt like I was talking to a bot. When the products finally arrived, I found that the quality was not as high as described. The wood finish on the phone stand I bought was uneven, and there were visible scratches on it. Given the high price point, I expected much better craftsmanship. To make matters worse, the return process was a nightmare. Their policy is so convoluted and restrictive that I eventually gave up on getting a refund. Overall, Oakywood.shop did not live up to its promises, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality wooden accessories. There are better options out there that offer both quality and good customer service. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Honestly, the 15% discount doesn't make up for the overpriced items. The designs are nice, but the functionality isn't as great as they claim. Shipping took forever, and the customer support was not helpful at all. 😕
