J'ai acheté un sac en liège sur Oak Forest, mais malheureusement, la qualité n'est pas à la hauteur de leurs promesses. Après quelques semaines d'utilisation, il a commencé à montrer des signes d'usure importants. Je suis déçu 😞.
Oh man, where do I even begin with Oak Forest? I was super excited to buy some new furniture for my living room from this site, but it was such a headache. First off, navigating the website is like trying to solve a maze, seriously. The categories are all over the place and it's not user-friendly at all. I also noticed some pages took forever to load, which tested my patience big time. I ended up ordering a coffee table and a bookshelf. The delivery was late by almost a week, which was frustrating. When the items finally arrived, I was pretty disappointed. The coffee table had scratches on it, like it had been used already! The bookshelf assembly instructions were a joke, barely any steps and no clear pictures. I had to call customer service twice. The first time they were somewhat helpful, but the second time I got this rude guy who acted like I was bothering him. Eventually, they offered a small discount for the scratched table, but honestly, it didn’t feel worth it. The so-called "quality" of the furniture is questionable. I expected better durability and finish considering the money I spent. Overall, the experience has left a bad taste and I doubt I'll be coming back. I mean, if you're into DIY fixing your new stuff or like waiting around for deliveries, then maybe this site is for you. But for me, it was more hassle than it was worth. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends, that's for sure.
