Numbr a vraiment simplifié la gestion de ma comptabilité. Grâce à leur app mobile, je peux tout faire sans tracas. Le conseiller dédié est toujours disponible, ce qui m'aide grandement à prendre les bonnes décisions pour mon entreprise. Je recommande fortement leur service à tous les entrepreneurs et TPE.
Juste pas satisfait. J'ai trouvé leur interface compliquée à utiliser et beaucoup trop de bugs. Aussi, mon conseiller n'était pas toujours disponible quand j'en avais besoin. Peu de soutien pour ce que je paye.

I rely on accurate data for my work, and I can't trust this website to deliver that. I've come across numerous instances where the figures were off by a significant margin, affecting my analysis and decisions. Moreover, the customer service is nonexistent. When I encountered issues and reached out for help, I never received a response. It's as if they don't care about their users at all. For a site that claims to be a reliable source of numerical data, this is unacceptable. The lack of attention to user needs and the overall poor quality of service make this site unreliable and frustrating to use. Moving on to the premium features, they are a complete rip-off. The site promises advanced tools and better data accuracy for paying users, but it's clear that they don't deliver on these promises. I experienced the same poor performance and inaccurate data even after subscribing. It feels like a scam to lock basic functionalities behind a paywall when the free version is already subpar. In closing, numbr.co has been a huge letdown for me. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for accurate, reliable data. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. I've wasted enough time and money here, and I hope my review saves others from making the same mistake.

Les services sont ok mais pas exceptionnels. Le personnel est amical mais j'ai eu des problèmes de communication à plusieurs reprises. Je pense qu'ils peuvent améliorer ce point. Sinon, l'ensemble de l'offre est bien pensée.
Très déçu par Numbr. Le service est loin d'être aussi efficace qu'annoncé. Beaucoup de retard sur les dossiers et des erreurs dans ma comptabilité. 😡 Je m'attendais à mieux pour le prix payé. Dur de leur faire confiance après cette expérience.
Franchement déçu. L'accompagnement n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes 😟. Les réponses aux questions prenaient trop de temps. Je m'attendais à un service plus réactif et personnalisé. J'espère que cela va s'améliorer pour les autres clients.
