I was really disappointed with Night Store. The product quality did not match the description, and customer service was rude and unhelpful. Delivery was also delayed by a week. Not recommended at all.
I have to say, my experience with Night Store was pretty disappointing. First off, when you visit their website, you're greeted with what looks like a sleek design, but that's where the positives end. Navigation on the site is clunky at best. Finding specific items is a hassle because the search function is not very intuitive. I was looking for some specific nightwear, but the categories are poorly organized and the filters don't work as they should. For a site that advertises luxury and comfort, this is not a good start. When it comes to product quality, it leaves much to be desired. I ordered a silk nightgown expecting it to be high-quality given the price point, but what I received was far from it. The material felt cheap and it didn't fit well at all, despite following their size guide meticulously. Customer service? Don’t even get me started. I tried reaching out via their "Contact Us" section and got a generic response that did not address my issues. This happened multiple times, making me feel like they don't really care about their customers. The shipping times were also abysmally slow. I understand that there can be delays, but waiting almost a month for an item that was supposedly "in stock" is absolutely ridiculous. To top it all off, they shipped the wrong color and refused to process a return because it was a "final sale" item. I feel cheated. In summary, the whole experience was underwhelming, from the confusing website to the poor-quality product and abysmal customer service. I wouldn't recommend Night Store to anyone looking for reliable nightwear. Save your money and shop elsewhere—you'll thank me later.
