This platform was a huge letdown for me. The website promises a revolutionary trading experience, but what I found was far from impressive. The user interface is cluttered and not intuitive at all. Navigating through the various features felt like a chore, and it took me forever to find the tools I needed. The educational resources they boast about are mediocre at best. I expected comprehensive guides and advanced trading strategies, but what I got were basic tutorials that you can find anywhere online for free. Customer service was another huge disappointment. I reached out with a couple of queries regarding transaction issues, and it took them more than 48 hours to respond. When they finally did, their responses were generic and didn't address my concerns at all. Their so-called advanced trading tools are nothing to write home about. The platform lagged frequently, and I missed out on crucial trading opportunities because of these delays. Also, the constant pop-up ads for their "premium" services were incredibly annoying. Instead of focusing on making the basic service functional, they seem more interested in upselling. Automated trading was another feature I was excited about, but it turned out to be a complete waste. The bots made erratic trades that resulted in significant losses for me. Honestly, I didn't feel like this website offered any competitive advantages over other platforms in the market. A word to the wise: If you're serious about trading, look elsewhere. This site might look good on the surface, but it fails to deliver where it counts.
The service at NextGenTrading is really disappointing. The platform is slow, and customer support barely responds. It feels like they don't care about their users. Not worth the hype.
