The Nextbase dash cams are overrated. I purchased the 622GW 4K model, and it didn’t live up to the hype. The video quality is barely HD, not 4K. The app is buggy and fails to connect half the time. Customer service was unhelpful when I reached out for support. Disappointed with my purchase.
A good option for dash cams that won't break the bank. It has decent features and fair pricing. Setup was a bit confusing but solvable.

Not worth the money. The dash cam stopped working after two months and customer support wasn't helpful at all. I expected better for the price I paid.

To be honest, I had high hopes when I first visited the Nextbase website, but I must say I was quite let down by the overall experience. The website's design is somewhat cluttered, making it hard to find the information I was looking for, which was simply details on their latest dash cams. The navigation is not intuitive at all, and as someone who isn’t a tech expert, I found myself getting lost and frustrated. The loading times were also unimpressive; I had to refresh the page multiple times just to get it to load properly. Not to mention, the product descriptions lacked depth and didn’t provide the in-depth technical details I needed to make an informed purchase. Instead of offering comprehensive specifications, I had to Google search a lot of terms to understand what was being talked about. Another big issue was the lack of customer reviews directly on the product pages. I rely heavily on real customer experiences before making decisions, and having to look elsewhere for reviews was an inconvenience. To top it off, their support chat wasn't very helpful. I tried asking a few questions, and the responses were slow and generic, almost like they were automated. For a brand that seems to pride itself on innovation and quality, their website doesn't reflect it at all. If I had to rate my experience, it'd be closer to a 2 out of 5 stars, only because their product videos were somewhat helpful. Overall, the site needs a significant overhaul to make it more user-friendly and informative.
Fantastic product! The Nextbase Dash Cam has excellent video quality and is easy to install. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their driving security. Customer service was top-notch too!
