I had high hopes for NewMusic Academy, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The website itself is visually appealing, but that's about where the positives end. The layout is extremely confusing, making it hard to navigate through the various sections. For a platform that is supposed to teach music, I found it very difficult to find the courses I was interested in. The search functionality is practically useless, often providing irrelevant results that have nothing to do with the query. When I finally managed to find a course I wanted to take, the lesson materials were disappointing. The content feels very basic and not at all worth the high subscription fees they charge. The video quality is poor, and many of the lessons seem rushed and lacking in depth. The instructors, while experienced, often seem unprepared and do not explain concepts clearly. Additionally, I experienced frequent technical issues when trying to stream content. Videos would buffer endlessly, and sometimes the platform would crash entirely. Customer service is another major letdown. Reaching support is a nightmare, and when I finally got in touch with someone, their responses were slow and unhelpful. It felt like they didn’t care about my concerns. For the price they charge, I expected much more in terms of both content and service. Overall, I regret spending my money on this service and will be looking for a better alternative to pursue my music education. I would not recommend NewMusic Academy to anyone serious about learning music. There are far better resources out there that offer more comprehensive content and better user experiences.
I was really disappointed with the courses on NewMusic Academy. The content is very basic and not worth the price. Also, the interface is quite difficult to navigate. I expected more for the money I spent.
