I visited Nesspay.co hoping to find a reliable payment processing service for my small business. Sadly, the experience has been quite underwhelming. The website design is simple, but it feels outdated and not very user-friendly. The navigation menu is confusing and it took me a while to find the information I was looking for. When I finally managed to find the details about their services, I was disappointed by the lack of clear and concise information. The FAQs section is very shallow and does not cover many important aspects a potential client would need to know. Moreover, the customer service is extremely poor. I reached out with some queries through their contact form, but it took almost a week to get a response. When they did reply, the answers were vague and unhelpful. It's quite frustrating because when you are dealing with payment processing, you need quick and clear support. The pricing is also not transparent. They mention some fees on the website, but there are hidden charges that they don't disclose upfront. I had to call them to get the full picture, and even then, the representative seemed unsure about certain fees. As for the functionality of their service, it’s just average. The integration with e-commerce platforms is not smooth and I encountered several technical difficulties during the setup. The payment processing speed is not impressive either; there were noticeable delays in transaction approval. Overall, I am not satisfied with what Nesspay.co offers. There are definitely better alternatives out there that provide clear, quick, and efficient services. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone who values their time and business. It's just not worth the hassle.
J'aime bien le concept mais il est encore imparfait. Il faudrait améliorer la réactivité du service client car je n'ai pas obtenu de réponse rapide.

Pas du tout satisfait. Le site promet des fonctionnalités qui ne marchent pas. J'ai essayé de prendre un acompte et ça n'a pas fonctionné. Grosse déception!
Je suis déçu par les promesses de Nesspay. L'application semble souvent boguée et l'accès au salaire n'est pas toujours instantané comme annoncé. De plus, le service client laisse à désirer, difficile d'obtenir des réponses rapides. 😔 Je ne recommanderais pas pour l'instant.
Le concept est bon mais l'application mobile ne fonctionne pas toujours bien, souvent des bugs. C'est frustrant car j'en ai vraiment besoin pour mes avancés de salaire.
Ce site est époustouflant! L'interface est super fluide et facile à naviguer. Le concept de l'acompte sur salaire est vraiment pratique pour moi :). Je recommande vivement à toutes les entreprises qui veulent améliorer le bien-être de leurs salariés.
