Also sorry but my experience with myprintcard.de was pretty meh. I ordered some custom postcards and the whole proces was just kind of a hassle. First off, the user interface in the website was really glitchy. It kept freezing and I had to restart my browser multiple times just to upload my pictures and design the cards. It was extremely frustrating and ate up more time than expected. When I finally managed to place my order, the confirmation email took ages to arrive. I actually thought my order got lost somewhere in their system. Now let's talk about the quality of the cards. Honestly, considering the price, I expected something much better. The print quality was just average, nothing special. Some of the cards had slight misprints and the paper quality felt a bit cheap. It's not like it was horrible, but it definitely wasn't great. The colors also didn’t pop as much as I hoped they would. They looked quite muted compared to what I saw on my screen during designing. Delivery was another issue. The package arrived later than the estimated delivery date which was quite inconvenient. I needed the cards for a specific event and they arrived just after it. Total bummer. While they do offer customization options, I felt the tools were a bit limited and could be more user-friendly. Customer support was another miss. I tried contacting them through their hotline and was put on hold for what felt like forever. When I finally got through, the person on the other end wasn’t very helpful and seemed in a rush to get off the call. Overall, my experience wasn't good enough to try them again. There are better services out there that provide smoother experiences and better quality for a similar price. I'll be looking elsewhere next time I need custom prints.
Ich war mit den Hochzeitskarten sehr enttäuscht. Das Design sah billig aus und die Qualität des Papiers war unterdurchschnittlich. Es fühlte sich so an, als würde es schnell zerreißen. Der Kundenservice war auch unhöflich und wenig hilfsbereit.🫤
