The experience on Motira was quite disappointing. I thought I was in for a treat when I came across their sleek website design, but sadly, that was not the case. Firstly, the website's navigation is a nightmare. Pages took forever to load, and sometimes it felt like it completely crashed. I understand that sometimes websites face technical issues, but this seemed more like a constant problem rather than an occasional glitch. The product selection was another letdown. There weren't many options, and it felt like the few that were available were overpriced. I was specifically looking for trendy clothing items, but the inventory looked outdated and lacked variety. Moreover, the descriptions were either too brief or completely misleading, making it hard to know what I was actually going to receive. Customer service was a whole other issue. When I reached out to ask about my delayed order, I received a generic response that didn’t really address my questions. It felt like they didn’t care about my concerns at all. An apology or some form of compensation would have gone a long way, but instead, I got the impression that customer satisfaction isn’t their priority. The shipping time was also unreasonably long. I waited over three weeks for my items to arrive, and when they finally did, the quality was appalling. The material was cheap, and the stitching was already coming apart after the first wash. It makes me wonder if anyone actually oversees quality control at this company. Overall, I cannot recommend Motira to anyone. There are plenty of better alternatives out there that offer a more seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
Honestly, my experience with Motira was far from satisfactory. The website was difficult to navigate, and customer service was slow to respond. I've seen better options elsewhere.
