The experience with Moovers was a letdown. From the start, it was difficult to navigate the website as the layout is confusing and not intuitive at all. It took me a long time just to find the basic information I needed. When I finally decided to book a service, the booking process was frustrating and buggy. The forms would not save my details properly, resulting in multiple tries to get the booking confirmed. Also, the promised follow-up email with the booking confirmation took too long to arrive, causing stress as I was unsure if my booking was secure. On the day of the move, the movers arrived late with no proper communication or updates, causing delays in my schedule. They were also not particularly careful with my belongings; a few items were scratched, and one fragile box was mishandled, leading to some broken glassware. Customer service was unhelpful at best when I called to complain, giving vague responses and no concrete solution or compensation for the damage incurred. Despite attractive pricing on the website, I found hidden charges in the final bill that were never discussed upfront. Overall, I cannot recommend Moovers; the service does not meet expectations and does not reflect the convenience and reliability advertised. I would advise others to look elsewhere for moving services to avoid unnecessary hassle and poor service.

The service is really not that great. Movers showed up late and some of my items got scratcd during the move. 😕 Honestly expected better for the price I paid.
