I recently purchased a phone from Mobicity and my experience was definitely below average. Firstly, the delivery time was much longer than advertised, taking nearly three weeks to arrive. When the package finally did show up, the phone was loosely packed, and the box was slightly damaged. It didn’t instill confidence in their shipping methods or the condition the phone would be in. Upon opening the package, I found that the phone was not the model I had ordered. I ordered the latest version, but was sent an older model instead. Trying to get in touch with customer service turned out to be a frustrating ordeal. Their phone line is either perpetually busy or goes to voicemail, and emails take days to get a response. When I finally spoke with a representative, they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the inconvenience caused. I was eventually told to return the phone for an exchange, but the process for doing so was confusing and cumbersome, requiring numerous forms and a trip to the post office. It’s been over a week since I sent the phone back, and I’ve yet to receive any confirmation of my return or a replacement phone. Another issue I had was with the website itself. It’s not user-friendly and navigating through various product pages felt clunky. The search functionality is poor, often leading to unrelated products. The lack of proper filtering options made finding specific items a challenge. The overall experience left me with a lot of regret about choosing Mobicity for my purchase. Given the hassles I faced, I cannot recommend this site to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable shopping experience. I hope they improve their service and website, but until then, I would suggest looking elsewhere for your electronics needs.

The checkout process was smooth and secure, which gave me confidence in making my purchase. However, there were a few areas where I felt Mobicity could improve. The delivery time was longer than expected. While the website mentioned standard shipping times, my package arrived almost a week late. This was a bit frustrating, especially since I was eager to get my new phone. Additionally, the customer service experience was not as seamless as I had hoped. When I encountered an issue with tracking my order, it took multiple attempts to get in touch with a customer service representative. Once I finally did, the support staff was friendly and helpful, but the initial difficulty in reaching them was a downside. The phone itself arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described on the website. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I'm very satisfied with its performance. Overall, while there were some hiccups along the way, I would still consider shopping at Mobicity again, mainly due to their competitive prices and the variety of products they offer.

Bought a phone from here and it's been a nightmare since day one. Keeps freezing, battery life is awful, and customer service is non-existent. Just wasted my money.
