I was really disappointed with my shopping experience on miye.care. The website design is overly cluttered, making it hard to find what I was looking for. I spent ages trying to navigate through the countless tabs and dropdown menus. What's even worse, the search function was nearly useless; it returned irrelevant results that had nothing to do with what I wanted. As for the product descriptions, they were very vague and didn't provide sufficient information. When I finally managed to place an order, the delivery took way longer than advertised, and the customer support team was unhelpful and slow to respond. The items I received were not of the quality I expected; one of the skincare products even caused an allergic reaction, and when I tried to initiate a return, the process was so complicated that I gave up. I'm giving it two stars because the packaging was at least decent, but overall, I wouldn't recommend miye.care to anyone. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
Je suis très déçu par Miyé. J'ai essayé leurs produits pendant plusieurs mois et je n'ai vu aucune amélioration significative. Les promesses d'une efficacité prouvée ne sont pas tenues pour moi. De plus, le prix est assez élevé pour peu de résultats. 😕
