Honestly, I had pretty high expectations from Minuta Profili given all the hype around it, but I was quite disappointed after using it. First off, the website's layout is confusing and not user-friendly at all. Navigating through the various sections felt like a chore, and finding specific profiles was unnecessarily complicated. The search feature often yielded irrelevant results, which made me question the accuracy of the algorithm. Moreover, the selection of profiles wasn’t as extensive as I had hoped. Many of the profiles seemed outdated, with users who hadn’t been active in months, if not years. It felt like I was browsing through a graveyard of profiles rather than a vibrant community. The messaging system is another major letdown. Messages took forever to send, and sometimes they wouldn’t even get delivered. I missed out on several potential connections because of these technical glitches. Also, the notifications were inconsistent, sometimes flooding my email with alerts and other times not sending any updates at all. The mobile version of the site is even worse, constantly crashing and freezing. I imagine many people use such platforms on the go, and having an unreliable mobile experience is a huge drawback. Customer service was also a big disappointment. I reached out multiple times with issues and questions, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. It felt like they didn’t really care about resolving my concerns. And for all these issues, the subscription price is way too high. I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth at all. It’s a shame because the concept behind Minuta Profili is great, but the execution is severely lacking. I hope they take these points into consideration and make some major improvements soon.
