I'm really disappointed with my experience on Minerusdt.io. First off, the user interface is incredibly outdated and not user-friendly in the slightest. It feels like navigating a website from the early 2000s, which is pretty unacceptable in 2024. Even finding basic information was a huge hassle. Speaking of information, what little is there is very vague and unhelpful. There are barely any details about the plans, pricing, or the process, making it really difficult to make an informed decision. The worst part was the customer service—if you can even call it that. I submitted multiple support tickets about an issue I was having with my account, and it took over a week to get a generic, copy-pasted response that didn’t even address my problem. It’s like they don’t care about their users at all. Not to mention, the website’s performance was subpar, with frequent downtime and slow loading pages, which makes you question the reliability of their services. Additionally, the deposit and withdrawal process is incredibly slow. It took nearly a week for my initial deposit to be processed, and I'm still waiting on my first withdrawal. At this point, I’m beginning to think I’ve been scammed. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reputable service. There are plenty of better options out there that won’t leave you feeling ripped off and frustrated.

The site minerusdt.io didn't meet my expectations. The interface is quite confusing and not user-friendly. I encountered multiple bugs while trying to navigate the platform. Customer service response was delayed too. Not very impressed with the overall experience.
