La nouvelle collection Mimmù Chic est superbe! Les designs sont vraiment uniques et originaux. J'ai reçu beaucoup de compliments pour mes nouvelles bottines.
Qualité moyenne. Mes baskets ont commencé à se détériorer après seulement quelques semaines :(. Je ne recommande pas du tout :(
Les sandales que j'ai commandées ne correspondent pas à la taille annoncée. Très décevant, je dois maintenant les renvoyer et attendre.
Livraison internationale rapide et changement de taille gratuit, c'est génial! Cependant, les texans que j'ai reçues étaient un peu trop serrées.
Je suis vraiment satisfaite de mes nouvelles bottines de Mimmù! Elles sont super confortables et le design est juste parfait. Livraison rapide et sans souci.
Purtroppo sono rimasto deluso dalle scarpe che ho acquistato. La qualità della pelle non è come descritto e dopo pochi utilizzi si sono già rovinate. Sicuramente non valgono il prezzo che ho pagato. Servizio cliente lento a rispondere 😞.
I ordered a pair of boots from mimmu.it and I am really disappointed. First of all, the delivery took much longer than expected. I was told it would take 5-7 days, but it took nearly three weeks for the boots to arrive. When they finally came, they did not look like the pictures on the website at all. The leather looked cheap and there were noticeable flaws in the stitching. The fit was also completely off; I ordered my usual size but these were way too tight and uncomfortable. I tried to contact customer service to return the boots but it was a nightmare. I had to wait on hold for an eternity and when I finally got through, the representative was rude and unhelpful. They did not offer any solution except to return the product at my own expense, which is absurd given the substandard quality of the item. On top of that, they made me follow a lengthy return process that felt overly complicated. I definitely expected more from a brand that presents itself as a luxury option. It’s also worth noting that the website itself is not very user-friendly. The navigation is confusing, and it took me quite a while to find the information I needed about returns and sizing. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and will not be shopping from Mimmu again. The combination of poor quality, terrible customer service, and an overly complex return process makes it not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your footwear needs. I have learned my lesson and will stick to more reliable brands in the future.
